Josh McGuire joins St George Illawarra as North Queensland grants NRL release

St George Illawarra has confirmed the signing of Josh McGuire after agreeing to terms of his release with North Queensland.

The former Queensland and Australia forward could be available to play for the Dragons in Sunday’s match against the Warriors.

“The club has made no secret of its desire to sign an experienced forward for our current campaign and Josh certainly fits this bill,” Dragons general manager of football Ben Haran said in a statement.
